is a full service custom home builder. We work with our clients from the
early stages of lot selection all the way through closing and beyond. The
following is a normal construction schedule
Professional Authorization/Pre-Construction:
Lot selection, Home Design, Engineering, Surveys,
County fees paid, and water hook up.
Initial construction first phase:

| Site work, temporary electric hook up,
slab poured, and rough plumbing complete. |

Second phase: |
| |

| Walls built, floor/roof trusses installed, roof dried
in, interior framing, and windows installed. |

Third phase: |
| |

| Rough electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, and low voltage
installed. Insulation and drywall complete. Stucco or other
exterior applications applied. |

Fourth phase: |

| Roof complete, garage doors installed, drywall complete,
interior/exterior paint finished, and cabinets installed. |

 |
 |
 |

Final phase: |

| Floors complete, countertops complete, plumbing fixtures
installed, pool complete, electrical fixtures installed, any necessary
paint touch up complete, driveways/walkways complete, landscaping/sod
installed. |
