and Edward Beauchaine.
James Raysbrook
Company Director
James Raysbrook is a successful businessman/entrepreneur
in the South Shore area of Hillsborough County, Florida. He
has founded and directed over ten successful corporations since
1997. His companies are known for having excellent reputations
and being the best in their industries. His experience
in real estate development includes; having bought and sold residential
and commercial properties for profit, the development and sale
of whole subdivisions and lots, commercial/residential rezoning,
building personal residences as his own contractor, and organizing
other contactors to build homes for resale on his lots.
Edward Beauchaine
State Certified General
Contractor/Company Director
Ed Beauchaine is a Florida State Certified General
Contractor, Roofing Contractor, and Pool Contractor. He has been building homes in the Tampa Bay Area since
1991. His experience includes both custom home construction
and production home building. Before co-founding Island
Life Luxury Homes, Ed was a Project Manager in the prestigious
Fish Hawk Ranch community. There, he supervised the construction
of over 400 homes, while maintaining the highest level of quality
and customer satisfaction.
