We build homes with a minimum overall square footage of 5,000Sq.Ft.  We have no upper limit on what we build.  We specialize in design/build construction.  This means that we work with our clients from idea conception through completion of construction and beyond, to ensure their complete satisfaction.

In recent years there has been some confusion amongst home builders as to what constitutes luxury, elegant, high end, and so forth.  We would like to clarify what it means to us to be a "Luxury Home Builder".

First, we use only the best construction materials and methods.    We will never cut corners or in any way cheapen your home so that we may benefit monetarily.  This starts with a well laid out and thoughtfully designed floor plan.  Your plan is then carefully engineered to meet and exceed all county and state codes.  Our homes are built using "all block" construction for every level instead of wood.  In our homes you will find superior finishing's such as crown molding throughout, wide base board and trim on all doors and windows, coffered/tray ceilings, uniquely arched doorways, solid wood doors, impact resistant windows, upgraded hardware, Kohler plumbing fixtures or better, imported tile and stone, hardwood flooring, heavily padded Stainmaster carpet, and we use all wood cabinets with automatic drawers and professional grade appliances such as Viking or Wolf(Sub zero).  No detail will be missed. 

Second, your home will be built continuously from start to finish.  We will visit the site on a daily basis.  A subcontractor will only be scheduled once we have determined all necessary prior work has been completed properly.  Once he has finished, we will then check his work to make sure that the next trade may proceed.  The home is built in an extremely orderly fashion using our computerized system as well as the tried and true old fashioned way, of us actually walking the jobsite daily. 

Third, you will have constant and immediate communication with our company owners as well as your construction foreman.  Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 9-5:00 and we can all be reached on our cell phones before or after these hours.  One of us is always available to our clients year round, even on holidays.
